*The cost for the program is $225 and includes a one-hour initial session to review your current nutrition and lifestyle habits, complete a comprehensive body composition assessment, and provide specific nutrition recommendations for your goals. A second visit will occur at 6 weeks to review progress and complete a second body composition assessment. Following the challenge, one female and one male winner will be awarded 3 free personal training sessions based upon outcomes. Winners will be determined based upon Bod Pod assessment after 6 weeks of participation (must occur between 6 and 7 weeks of participation). The male and female clients with the highest percentage of body fat lost with most lean muscle gain will win 3 complementary 45-minute training sessions.
