Today’s workout is all about efficiency. July 4th is right around the corner and with all of the celebration everyone can still get in a workout!
Set a timer for 10 minutes and do as many rounds of the following as you can:
10 Push Ups
15 Jumping Jacks
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Bicycle Crunches
