The intent of this section is to provide a workout that can be completed in just 15 minutes- EVERYONE has 15 minutes!
Set a timer for 15 minutes and complete as many rounds of the following as you can:
15 Squats
30 High Knee Marches
15 Jumping Jacks
10 Side Lunges to the Right
10 Push Ups
10 Side Lunges to the Left
Please ensure that you are healthy enough for exercise before attempting
