Andy has been a certified personal trainer since 2012. His experience has spanned group classes, personal training, spin, yoga, and marketing in the fitness industry. He has a great emotional awareness and uses this to cater to individual client needs. He believes that there is no shortcut to improving one’s level of physical fitness. It is a lifelong process that requires breaking unhealthy, ingrained habits through the establishment and pursuit of new fitness and nutritional goals. He feels attaining one’s fitness objectives is a matter of concentrated effort: equal parts hard work, resolve and perseverance.
