Although the temperatures still reflect winter, spring is just around the corner! It is that time of the year when you are rearranging your closet and you should make it a time to restructure your fitness goals as well. Stop dreading your workout every day and get outside and enjoy the great outdoors. Don’t just clean out your wardrobe this spring, kick up your fitness routine too!
1. Buy a new workout outfit
Preferably something that fits now and makes you feel good rather than something you will feel good in once you lose that winter weight.
2. Download some new music
Nothing motivates more than a new batch of songs! Stimulate your brain as well as your body by discovering new artist to enjoy.
3. Don’t just think about ramping up your fitness routine… Do it!
You can’t plow a field by turning it over in your mind
4. Give your attitude a tune up
Work on staying positive no matter what life throws at you.
